1. About this website

This website is operated by Port Haulage Logistics ("Port Haulage", "we", "us"). It lets you describe a transport need and send it to our team on WhatsApp.

2. A request is not a booking

Submitting the form is a request for information and a quotation only. It does not create a contract, a reservation or any obligation for either party.

Prices, truck availability, dates and conditions are confirmed only by our team, in writing, on WhatsApp or by other agreed means.

3. Your information

You agree to provide accurate information about your cargo, locations and contact details. Wrong or incomplete information may delay or prevent the service and may lead to additional charges once a job is agreed (for example waiting time on site).

4. Customs clearing

Ticking that you need customs clearing only tells our team you are interested. No duties or clearing fees are calculated on this website.

5. WhatsApp

After submitting, you are redirected to WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. You must press “Send” yourself for our team to receive it. WhatsApp is a third-party service governed by its own terms.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Transport services themselves are governed by the terms agreed with you for each job.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
